The hotel staff was very thoughtful and accommodating. They assisted us in organizing transportation to and from the station which was very convenient. the location provided a serene environment and was great for relaxation. One of the best aspects was the comprehensive multi-course dinner which had amazing food.
The indoor and outdoor onsen facilities were not as remarkable as we expected, considering the price we paid. There was an issue with the language barrier during check-in, and there was no personnel who spoke English fluently which led to confusion about the meal arrangement.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They even arranged transportation for us, which was incredibly helpful. The location was quiet and beautiful, surrounded by stunning natural scenery. The room was spacious and luxurious, with a cozy sitting area and all the amenities we needed. The onsen was a highlight of our stay, with both public and private options available. The food was also exceptional, with a multi-course dinner that was both delicious and beautifully presented. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly memorable experience.
We can't recommend this place enough! The staff, the location, the room, the onsen, the food - everything was top-notch.

The location of the hotel was great as it was near a beautiful area for hiking and nature walks. Furthermore, it was easy to get around the town with the help of the friendly locals. The room we stayed in had a lovely ambiance and the lighting was soft and warm, creating a romantic atmosphere. The private onsen in the room was also a plus! It was very enjoyable and I really appreciated the clean and relaxing environment.
I didn't really enjoy the meals provided at the hotel. Although it was included in our package, the food was quite disappointing. Moreover, the staff didn't seem very welcoming and accommodating. We had a language barrier which wasn't helpful as we couldn't communicate our needs effectively. I also expected more from the overall atmosphere of the hotel, as it wasn't very cozy or welcoming.
